Check that the item you want is still available: If the size has a small x, it means it is not available and you cannot add it to your cart.
You cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been confirmed or shipped. Please check your order before proceeding to secure payment. When you click on "CONFIRM", you fully accept the terms and conditions of Douceur Soft.
Please check your junk and spam folders. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check if the order appears in "Orders" in "MY ACCOUNT".Please contact customer service at info@douceursoft.com, if you are still having problems.
If you have a discount or promotional code, you must enter it in the small box labeled "Discount Codes" for it to be applied. If you do not enter the code at the time of ordering, unfortunately, we cannot honor discounts after the sale. Remember to check if there is an expiration date or exclusions on your code.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to 23 countries in the Euro zone, listed below as well as to the United Kingdom.

We deliver to the following countries:
Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
We do not deliver to overseas territories or drop-off points.
For all orders in the United States:
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and United States territories.
For deliveries in mainland France, you have the choice between:
-Express delivery with Chronopost,
- Standard with Colissimo
Deliveries to Europe are handled by Colissimo International.
All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
All orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
For France, delivery by Colissimo takes between 3-5 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery in France with Chronopost is guaranteed within 24 hours for any order placed before noon (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Deliveries outside France are handled by Colissimo International (except for the United Kingdom and the USA where UPS manages it).
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped and a tracking number.
Some deliveries, a signature is required upon delivery.

Standard shipping is sent via FedEx SmartPost, which typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive in the 48 contiguous United States (4-10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii). If you are interested in specialized shipping, we offer the options below:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returned items must be unworn, unchanged, unwashed, in their original, undamaged packaging with their original tags.
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted.
If for any reason you do not like your selections, we will gladly refund the merchandise value or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase.
Subscription Box FAQ
General Questions
- Answer our questionnaire to create a profile and choose your style preferences.
- You'll be asked to select the frequency you’d like to receive your Douceur Soft subscription box. You can choose every 30 days, every 60 days, or every 90 days. You’ll also be asked to choose the size of your subscription box, we offer two sizes: Discovery Box (includes one hand-selected outfit) or the Deluxe Box (includes two hand-selected outfits).
- Approximately 1-3 business days after your sign-up, your order will be shipped. Yay!
- We’ll send you hand-selected items we think you'll love. Try on at home and decide what to keep.
- You have 14 days to decide if there is anything you'd like to exchange or return.
- Mail back anything you don’t want to keep with the pre-paid return label (included in every box) before your 14-day try-on period ends.
- We require the first three three payments of the subscription box to be paid on-time & on-schedule. Following the 3rd payment, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Let us see your outfits! We love following our members on Instagram (@Douceur_Soft) or hearing your feedback via info@douceursoft.com.
- In each shipment, you’ll receive between 1 or 2 outfits (depending on the box option you choose).
- The box sizes and the number of outfits are the same for adults & children.
- We offer children's sizes: 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, and 9/10.
- We offer women’s sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL.
- If you're unsure about which size to choose, we suggest going one size up.
- Still feeling unsure? Please take a look at our size chart here for additional guidance.
- The subscription box order cannot be combined with additional add-on items.
- If you'd like to purchase any additional items head over to our Douceur Soft website and place an additional order.
- Items included in your subscription box are discounted between 20% - 25%
- No! There is no styling fee attached to our subscription boxes
- To update sizing information and style preferences, simply log onto our website and reach out to our customer care through our live chat or email us at:info@douceursoft.com. Our customer service team will update your profile!
Family Accounts
- Yes! Should you choose to sign up for more than one child, or your children & yourself - we offer a family subscription. We wanted to help you effortlessly manage your kids’ profiles along with your own.
- With a family subscription, everyone shares the same shipping and billing information.
- You can view your current address and make updates from your Account page. We’ll use the name you’ve entered there on all shipping labels.
- You can only have one saved shipping address at a time.
- All profiles on your family account will use the same saved payment method. You can only have one payment method saved at a time.
- When you are initially answering our questionnaire, there will be an option to add a family member!
- If you decide to add a family member later on, click “Manage My Subscription” at the bottom of our homepage. Log in to your account. On the right side of the page, there is an “Add Family Member” option. It will take you to our questionnaire! Fill out the style information for the newest member & complete your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Billing
- Of course! Any times you with you swap for a different size must be mailed back within the 14 day trial.
- If an item in your box isn’t quite right, send it back to us with the prepaid return label and the details of your size-exchange request written on the card included with your box.
- Each box is shipped with a card for you to fill out details of your size-exchange request or anything else you’d like us to know about your box.
- You can also use the QR Code on the reverse of the card. Scan the code and fill out the form!
- Forget to write out the details of your size-exchange? Don’t worry! Contact our customer care team at: info@douceursoft.com with your order number and the new size you’d prefer!
- Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item in the same color. If something isn’t quite right, simply return any unworn items within the 14-day try-on period using the prepaid return label included in your box.
- Our billing cycle is every 30, 60, or 90 days following the initial shipment of your first order.
- To update shipping address information, card on file, or your billing information, simply log into your subscription account to view your profile.
- You can make updates there via the “Shipping” or “Payments” tabs.
- No. If you include all the contents of your box in the original packaging with all tags attached in unworn and unused condition, you will be refunded in full.
- We currently accept credit & debit cards from US issuing banks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal with a valid US billing address.
- No! Shipping is always free. All of our boxes have a prepaid shipping label included should you choose to return any items.
- We cannot accept any returns or exchanges postmarked after a 14 day trial period. Any items received after this time will be shipped back to you.
- Should you need additional time, please contact our customer service at info@douceursoft.com.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached in unworn and unused condition. Any items returned with damages, defects, odors, or missing parts will be processed as purchased and returned to you.
- If you think you were charged in error, let us know via info@douceursoft.com. We will be sure you get back to you within 24 hours.
Schedule
- Absolutely. We’re here to bring the softest, most comfortable clothing on a schedule that works for you and your family. You can change the frequency (to every 30, 60, or 90 days) anytime by emailing our customer care team:info@douceursoft.com or reaching out through our live chat.
- We require the first three payments of the subscription box to be paid on schedule.
- Following the completion of the first three payments, we offer a “Skip This Shipment” option. Should you like to skip a a shipment contact our customer care team at info@douceursoft.com.
- For a shipped shipment to be honored, you must choose this option 5 business days before your billing date.
Following the first three on-time and on-schedule payments, you may choose to opt-out. Please contact our customer care team at: info@douceursoft.com.
