SHIPPING POLICY

I PLACED AN ORDER WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

We offer a $10.00 Flat Rate Ground Shipping on all Domestic US orders.

When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner.

All in-stock items ship the same day.

Please note, once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx. For standard shipping, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, excluding holidays.

If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING ON ORDERS?

For your convenience, we can expedite your order for 2-3 business days delivery or overnight, excluding holidays. Overnight orders take 1 business day for delivery. Express and overnight orders are processed the same day, if received by 2 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, or on weekends, will be processed the following business day.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

All shipping costs and taxes, processing, and handling fees are calculated at checkout and will be paid by the customer when the order is placed. The shipping costs and taxes, processing, and handling fees are based on the laws and regulations of the country the order is shipping to. At the time the order is placed, we guarantee the exchange rate. Should the exchange rate fluctuate, the customer is only responsible for the total paid. There will be no additional fees for the order after it is placed.

For all refused, or un-deliverable packages, customers are still responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing, and handling fees. These fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued only for item(s) at the retail value paid once the package is delivered back to our distribution center.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To ensure the most accurate pricing, taxes, and delivery costs are displayed whilst browsing our site, we recommend that you use the link at the top of our website and select your location from the list of shipping destinations. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Canada If you have purchased an item labeled “Made in the USA” and your chosen shipping destination is Canada, we will refund the duties for this piece. Simply contact Customer Care at info@douceursoft.com with your order number to arrange the refund, once your delivery has arrived.

USA If we are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on all orders (where applicable). It is your responsibility, as the customer, to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by Douceur Soft and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State Law. 

China As of April 1, 2019, a standard rate of 13% VAT will be applied to orders shipped to China.

Australia Duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD. As of July 1, 2018, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be displayed at checkout. The total you pay when placing your order includes all duties and tax owed to Customs. Please note, you will not be charged any further costs when your delivery arrives. Please also be aware that due to the way we deliver to Australia and for Australian Customs purposes, customers are named as the importer of record. As part of this, Douceur Soft is required to supply the Australian Border Force with a customer's Customs Client Identifier or "CCID". If you do not have a CCID, then Australian Border Force will set one up on your behalf. 

New Zealand As of December 1, 2019, a standard rate of 15% GST will be applied to orders shipped to New Zealand. Outside the USA, we ship to most locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

PRODUCT & STOCK

WHY HAVE I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Periodically, we run out of stock on popular items. In the event you order an item that is out of stock, we will email you immediately. If you would like a full refund, we will be happy to offer one, including the price of shipping.

If you would like to wait until an item is back in stock, your order will be prioritized and sent via Express.

HOW CAN I SEARCH TO FIND PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE?
